In December 2018, Alliku Haldus OÜ conducted a customer satisfaction survey. Its objective was to determine if customers were satisfied with our services in 2018. We wish to continue our sustainable operating, for which customer feedback is very important. The assessment was done on a scale from 1 to 5.

The customer satisfaction survey was conducted on 7–23 December 2018. We sent out 64 surveys and received 34 answers. The proportion of respondents was 53%.

The survey included four questions.
